Worst Vlog ever volume 1 – CMMG factory tour and range trip. I was pleasantly surprised how large the CMMG factory was, they are making most components in house and even doing some OEM work. They have embraced technology with a few robotic and self fed machine cells including a robotic rifle barrel cell. They also have Swiss machines making smaller parts like firing pins and a few 5th axis machines cranking out parts like muzzle devices.
My favorite part of the trip was obviously the range time, CMMG owns their own range called the Outpost. They brought out their new MK47 dissent, a few 9mm Dissents, and a few CMMG beast! The dissent are cool because they are a buff-less system which allows you to fire with the stock open or folded. They also have a side charging handles which just feels nature on the MK47 with it being chambered in 7.62×39.
