In this video, my wife and I are taking part in the Special Olympics Polar Plunge, a fun (and freezing!) fundraising event where participants raise money and then jump into icy water to support an incredible cause. The Polar Plunge is one of the biggest fundraising events for Special Olympics and helps provide year-round sports training, competitions, and inclusion programs for athletes with intellectual disabilities.
